I can download my class rosters, but my T.A., who is authorized as my proxy, is still not authorized to download rosters. What is going on?

You must be listed by SSN as the instructor of the course before your proxies will be able to download class rosters. To accomplish this, you must speak with administrative staff in the department of the course in question and have them update the course record.
