There are several key differences: • Instead of receiving a printed bill in the mail, you’ll receive an e-mail from e-Bill notifying you when you have a new e-bill online to view, print or pay. • You’ll be able to allow authorized users such as your parents or a spouse to be notified via e-mail of a new e-bill and to access e-Bill to view, print or pay your bill. • Those you authorize to access e-Bill won’t be able to access other parts of Ursa. • You or your authorized users can use the URL contained in the e-mail to access the e-bill and the e-Bill system’s electronic payment options, or use a printed copy of the e-bill to submit payment via any of the many other existing payment methods. • You’ll enjoy other improved functionality such as access to bills for the past 12 months and the ability to schedule an electronic payment.
