We’ve done our best to make sure that everyone can get a room at the Hotel, but as everyone knows, there are limits to everything. That is why it is so important that if you have already registered online or you are thinking about registering or you are in the early stages of considering coming to the CCR in September, PLEASE make sure you make your own reservations as soon as possible. You can find all the details, rates, and contact information on the Hotel and Camping pages. More rooms are opening up in Hot Springs. As we get closer to the date, it appears that room blocks are opening up in and around Hot Springs. Because this situation changes on a daily basis, please contact Gary Rollins for assistance with your lodging arrangements. He would be glad to help.
