I called the Bursar several times and keep on getting voicemail, what is the problem?
The Bursar has a limited number of staff. We are at times unable to take all of the calls that come in and simultaneously give personal service to those who have made appointments. Please leave a voice mail message and you will receive a return call. Please keep in mind that the number of calls and emails received by the student Accounts Office is substantial, particularly at the beginning of each semester. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
