All of the dates given by our customer service representatives are estimates only and we stress this on our website as well as in our status database and on our written forms. When customers contact us repeatedly throughout the production process, all we can do is estimate at each given stage since there are things that can delay the successful completion of each keepsake and these are impossible to accurately predict to the date. We ask for your patience during the production process and please be assured that your keepsake will be delivered to you with our guarantee. My keepsake took longer than the original estimated date, I feel I am entitled to a discount for this. We do not give rebates on orders that exceed the estimated completion dates.
