I bought two jars of the same product. Why are they different colours?
derma e® uses natural ingredients and sometimes herbs or botanicals have slightly different characteristics such as colour, depending upon the source and where those ingredients were grown. As a result, our products sometimes vary in colour from batch to batch. You can be assured that derma e® tests each batch to ensure all meet the effectiveness level required of that product, but we do not add colour just to ensure visual continuity. We feel that effectiveness of our products is paramount, and we continually make efforts to ensure you get the very best product possible.
