when you bought that car used you bought it as is… ive also bought a car from one of those private car lots YOU’RE BUYING AS IS nothing you can do about it… look in your contact it’ll say it… you shoulda checked all the windows and stuff before you left they’ll fix whats wrong before you drive off the lot.
They aren’t responsible for your insurance. Not at all. You drove the car, you had to be insured. These are the most shady dealers to deal with. I had to deal with them once when I was 18. My grandpa knew this guy who owned a BHPH lot and he was a really nice guy, but I had a ton of problems as well…. ultimately after about 8 months of BS and constant problems, I decided to trade my car in thru a reputable dealer ship. I don’t remember why I ended up having to wait a week to finalize everything..no actually I think it as because they couldn’t get a hold of the owner of BHPH…. I was at work, Honda called and told me they got a hold of him and that I could come down the next day and finish this….so that night when I go to leave work, my car was gone. I called the cops and reported it as stolen and they said “No, It’s been repossessed” mind you, I was never late on a payment, they took my car cos they didn’t want to lose money on interest.
