I bought banner impression credits and/or click-thrus… why is my banner campaign showing 0?
A9. Suppose you bought the 200,000 impressions package and your account balance shows 200,000 impression credits; your campaign will not go live until you assign the credits manually. To assign credits, simply type in the number of credits that you want to allocate for that ad campaign and then chose “ASSIGN Selected” from the drop down menu at the bottom of the interface and click “Continue”. That’s it! You can also choose to “REMOVE Selected” credits from any ad campaign that you may have previously assigned credits to. That will return your credits or clicks back to your available pool of credits or clicks to be used on any ad campaigns.
