If the verifier was low cost you may have bought a Traditional verifier which tests barcodes against the early quality standard. Your customer is probably using an ANSI standard verifier which grades the barcode quality against the latest standard. If this is the case you may have to purchase a new verifier. Verification is quite a complicated topic so you need to find a competent supplier who can help you choose the best solution.
