I bought a Homebox, but it looks different than the Homeboxes shown on your website. Why?
This can result from one of two very different reasons. First, it can be due to the fact that we constantly upgrade the Homeboxes with the latest developments. We amend changes and improvements to the Homeboxes faster than we can adjust them on our website. These are mostly small changes. If your Homebox seems to be more advanced than the ones shown on the website, this is why. However, if you find that the Homebox you purchased is in any way of inferior quality to the ones shown on our site, you will very likely have purchased an imitation, a copy, a false Homebox. There are many different copies of the Homebox on the market. Some companies copy the general design and construction, but give their copy a new name. Others even copy our logo and the brand Homebox. Even though we have protected the brand Homebox, finding and suing all these companies is a long and tedious process.
