I bought a course thinking it was an E-Mail Downloable course, but now I noticed that I have to wait for CDs to arrive in the mail. Can I get a refund?

No, you are advised to carefully look at the products on our site and then make a purchase. Each product on our Homepage will clearly state if it is an E-Mail Downloadable course or if it has DVDs/CDs. Refunds cannot be granted for E-Mail Downloadable courses because you will have already viewed the course content and Quiz questions by then. Please check carefully if the course you want is an E-Mail Downloadable course or if it has a DVD/CD component to it BEFORE you purchase it.
