I bought a 4X speed DVD duplicator tower from you about 2 years ago. But DVDs are now at 8X and soon will be 16X…does my duplicating tower need software upgrading and if so, where do I get it?

I bought a 4X speed DVD duplicator tower from you about 2 years ago. But DVDs are now at 8X and soon will be 16X…does my duplicating tower need software upgrading and if so, where do I get it?

Usually our duplicator tower doesn’t need any software update, so whatever the disk you use the writer will just set to the maximum speed they can write.
