The Heartbreak Hotel only charges the first night room and tax or the package rate upon booking as a deposit. Any remaining balance you may have will be due upon check-in at the hotel. In order to receive a full refund of the deposit amount, we will need a 72-hour notice prior to your check-in date. *We require a 14 day notice during Elvis Week (August) and Birthday Celebration (January).
