I belong to an Industry Group. What would be the benefit of joining the GTA Rewards Association?
Participation in industry groups can be a great way of exchanging ideas amongst peers at similar organizations. The Association expands this idea by facilitating the exchange of experiences across industries, and across organizational levels. In addition, for those rewards professionals not currently part of an industry group, the Association offers access to the GTA rewards community and to senior rewards professionals (such as the Association’s Advisory Board), who value the opportunity to broaden their connections and perspective beyond their industry.
