I believe that I have entered the correct userid and password at the login window, but access has been denied. What is wrong?
A. Make sure you typed the word purple/ before your userid. EX: purple/jsmith Note: the domain name (purple) and your userid are NOT case sensitive. Also, if you entered your password in LOWER case and were denied access, re-enter your password in UPPER case. The password IS case sensitive. (View more details) You can also change your NT password from your PC. Follow these procedures: Click on the Start Button on your Task Bar Click on Settings Click on Control Panel Double click on the Passwords icon Click on Change Windows Password: Make sure the Microsoft Networking box is checked: Click on OK This screen will appear: Enter your Old (what you believe to be current) password Enter your New password (You may use the same password; note the case you are using) Confirm your New password by entering the password again. Your password should now be changed and access to the web reports should be available. If you are still denied access, contact Ken Husar x1008 to verify that you are autho
