Yes, detaching cells is achieved by incubating the attached cells with suitable enzymes (trypsine, collagenases e. g.) and/or mild detergents in conjunction with enhanced rotating speed. Detaching protocols vary depending on total cell mass, rinsing procedures, carrier or scaffold type and cell type.
