I attended an MYOB classroom training course, but I would like to do it again. What is the Training Guarantee?
The Training Guarantee is an exclusive offer for those who have attended classroom based training with us, and find they did not make the most of the course. This offer means the client can attend the same course again, at no additional cost, provided it is done within three months of the initial enrolment, and the training manual that was supplied is brought back in with them. MYOB is not able to offer a new training manual. To claim the Training Guarantee an application must be made in writing, and can be emailed to training@myob.com.au. A reason for the request must be provided, and an alternate date for the same course nominated. If approved, the client will receive an email advising them, and an Enrolment Confirmation will also be sent. Please note: we are unable to transfer your course under Training Guarantee, so once a date has been selected and enrolment processed under this program we will be unable to change it.
