I attempted to create my guest account using the link in the invitation e-mail and received an error message. What do I do now?
Your guest account invitation will be sent once you submit your information on the Applicant Guest Account Creation Process page. Your guest account must be created using the link in this e-mail message. You will have 48 hours to create your guest account. If more than 48 hours has passed, you will get an “invalid ticket” message if you attempt to click on the invitation link.
