I ate out (last night) and have had sickness and diarrhoea ever since. Have I got food poisoning and what should I do?

Go to your doctor and he will make a diagnosis based upon faecal sample results. This will take a little time but in the meantime he may prescribe medication or simply advise you to drink lots of water. If food poisoning is confirmed then we will ask you to provide information to us and will investigate potential foods and sources identified to us. This might include food purchases, eating out and home prepared meals etc.
