I applied weeks ago and havent been contacted yet. What should I do next?
Verify that your application is still pending by checking the group memberships page in the User CP. If it is still pending, your request will still be under the Join Group column. Contact the Safehouse Moderators (shmods@thesafehouse.org) with your character and server information, explaining that you have an application pending that is overdue. Moderators will pass this information off to the Hands of the Ring and will get a reply to you as soon as possible. If, however, you are given the option of applying again, do so. Chances are there was an error in the details you supplied the Ring, or repeated attempts at contact were unsuccessful and your application was closed. If you reapply, please be sure you supply all information as requested in the application. Please note: It would be in your best interest NOT to spam the moderators on an hourly/daily basis trying to get a response. This will likely get you moved to the back of the list.
