Electronic Student Aid Report (SAR): • If you applied online and received your SAR via e-mail, you can go to www.fafsa.ed.gov, select “Make Corrections to a Processed FAFSA,” and indicate Colorado State University as a school choice. Paper Student Aid Report (SAR): • If you have a copy of your Student Aid Report (SAR), go to step 6 and write in Colorado State University as a school choice. Then mail it back to the Federal Student Aid Programs at the address listed on the SAR. If you do not have a copy of the SAR, you can call the Central Processor at 1-800-433-3243 and ask for a duplicate copy. 7.
