A. If your other application is pending review, no. NIH policy does not allow multiple submissions of essentially the same project. Therefore, you cannot submit an application on the same topic to EUREKA and to any other award program that targets unusually innovative investigators or research (e.g., Pioneer Award, New Innovator Award, Common Fund transformative R01, etc.).
