Do these lumps come off? If you get a small white bit in your mouth every now and then it is probably coming off. In that case they would be several clumps of white blood cells. When you are sick or getting sick your body will produce more white blood cells. These will start attacking the virus and kinda clump together. The throat is a common place for this to happen. Obviously because people often get a sore throat when sick. These clumps of blood cells will smell awful and may make your breath bad. If they are not coming off then this may not be the case and I would see a dr.
