I and/or my law firm participate fully in another state’s IOLTA program. How should I complete the compliance report form?
A. If you are a Maryland admitted attorney but practicing in another state, and if you participate fully in the IOLTA program for that state, then simply check Box #5 under the “Compliance Determination” section and fill in the name of the state in the space provided. It is not necessary to provide your out-of-state account information.
