An interesting question that really is more a matter of style than rules, certainly you should use capital letters for all game names. Have a look at http://www.gamespot.com/, they are owned by CNet. Using italics and quotation marks isn’t necessary (in my opionion), unless you’ve been given a style guide (along the lines of the Economist’s, which says “books, pamphlets, plays, radio and television programmes should be set in italics, with capital letters for each main word, in quotation marks. Thus: “Pride and Prejudice”,”Much Ado about Nothing”,”Any Questions”,”Crossfire”, etc”.
