Yes. Ikaros is prepared to handle any species. It comes with an integrated karyotype form editor (from version 5.0), that allows for adapting the software to other kayrotypes. However, many karyotype forms for non-human species are already installed in the system. The new Ikaros / Isis version 5.0 even provides a karyotype form editor.
