The DBRA provisions contain a conformance procedure in order to establish an enforceable age and benefit rate for missing/unlisted classifications. In order to request a project Wage Determination, the agency (normally a federal agency) should complete a Standard Form 308 (SF-308) “Request for Determination and Response to Request”. Once completed, it should be sent to the US Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration, Wage and Hour Division, Branch of Construction Wage Determinations, Washington DC 20210. Please note: Project decisions are applicable only to the particular project they are issued to and will be void after 180 days.
