I am very interested in taking take the Shen Tonic, but I am a recovering alcoholic, is there a formula without the alcohol?
Not at this time. The Shen Tonic is handmade and uses alcohol as a preservative in accordance with the most ancient Chinese Medicine herb preparation methods. Unfortunately, too many practitioners opt out of tradition and choose the easy route by prescribing mass-manufactured herbal pills and powders, which is vastly inferior to our product potency. Therefore, the Shen Tonic comes only in one preparation form. You can remove the alcohol by mixing the dosage with 4 ounces of water and bring it to a boil. Then, let the drink cool to all the alcohol to evaporate. The remaining alcohol content is that of a ripe banana.
