• Be sure that you have installed the Wireless Receiver Driver and the Video Capture Card Software on the computer from the included CD. If you do not have the CD, contact Advanced Monitors Corporation to receive a replacement CD. • After installing both types of software, be sure to reboot the computer. The computer must be able recognize the Wireless Receiver as New Hardware. You can check to see if the Wireless Receiver is being recognized by the computer by opening up ‘My Computer.’ If it recognizes the Wireless Receiver, under ‘My Computer’ and under ‘Scanners and Cameras’ you will see the device listed as ‘OST-OM2000.’ If you do not see the device listed, reinstall the Wireless Receiver Driver and the Video Capture Card Software and reboot the computer. If this still doesn’t work, you will probably need to install a video capture card between the Wireless Receiver and the computer. Contact Advanced Monitors Corporation at 858-536-8237 x102 for additional information. • If you do
