The default image viewer for Windows XP is Windows Picture and FAX Viewer. If you have not installed any other viewer, such as Tiff Surf, then Windows Picture and FAX Viewer is the program that will display the LDTRA documents. Windows Picture and FAX Viewer copies the images to the Temporary Internet Files Folder on your local computer. When you click on the Next (Next Button) and Back (Back Button) buttons (or touch the left-arrow and right-arrow keys on your computer keyboard), you are viewing the next image in your Temporary Internet Files Folder, not the next image from the LDTRA. In order to use Windows Picture and FAX Viewer, you must close the viewer each time you are done viewing a single document.
