I am using Windows 98 and Smileycons keeps crashing. Whats up with that?
Windows 98 and Windows ME, unfortunately, are old operating systems that aren’t even being supported by Microsoft any longer. That being said we’ve committed to offering those still using Windows 98 and Windows ME a functional version of Smileycons. However, Windows 98/ME users cannot use any new versions of Smileycons. Smileycons 6.0 does not work on work on Windows 98 or Windows ME. It works on Windows 2000, Windows XP and Windows Vista. If you are using Windows 98 or Windows ME you can still use our Smileycons 5.0 version. See our downloads page for current download links and instructions.
