I am using Windows 95s version of KidDesk, and my icons are turning black in KidDesk. What is wrong?
First check the version of your KidDesk. It needs to be v1.2, v1.25 or v1.26. If it is, then you will need to download a patch for KidDesk which can be found at the following URL http://www.edmark.com/ts/pctech/kdfe15patch.html. If you do not have Internet access, then call KidDesk at (800) 691-2986 and ask them to send you a patch. After receiving the patch, install it on your computer according to the directions given.
