I am using Vista Windows Mail. Why do I get an error “Cannot create file c:/program files/common files/microsoft shared/stationery when I try to install a stationery?
You must install the file specifically for Vista. If you try to install the advanced or standard version you will get the above error. Also, single stationery selections are not available for Vista; you must install the full collection. We have updated several hundred stationery for Vista and hope to have all of them done by the end of the year.
