I am using Safari on a Mac and when I try to watch a game the media player opens to a gray screen with lines on it. What should I do?
If the media player opens to a gray screen, Safari is probably running in 64-bit mode and needs to run in 32-bit mode. To switch Safari to 32-bit mode, go in to your Applications folder, right click or hold down control and click on Safari, in the menu that comes up choose “Get Info”, in the information window check the box next to “Open in 32-bit mode”. If Safari is already open quit Safari and relaunch it, then try watching a game again.
