The Model 50 and Model 5000 software are DOS based programs, and thus they do not support network printers. In order to print, you need to have a local printer which is directly connected to your PC. New DataWorker LE software for Windows is now available. Q6.3: How do I reset my DataWorker (Model 50/5000)? A: On the DataWorker 5 (Model 50), hold the “5” down while turning pressing the “ON” key. For the DataWorker 10/40 (Model 5000), hold the “CLEAR” key down while turning the ON/OFF switch to ON. This will invoke the reset mode and the needed prompts will be displayed for your response. Q6.4: How do I copy data from DataWorker software to other programs like Excel. A: Click and drag over cells in Data view to select. Then use Ctrl+C to Copy, Ctrl+V to Paste into Excel.
