I am using Internet Explorer 9 and when I try to view a game with MLB.TV, only half of the video is showing or the video is not loading properly. What should I do?
If you are having problems viewing games in the MLB.TV media player with Internet Explorer 9, while on an MLB.com page go to the “Tools” menu in Internet Explorer, then select “Compatibility View”. Reload the page and launch a game again. If you are still having problems watching games in Internet Explorer 9, please view games in Firefox instead of Internet Explorer.
