I am using dry ingredients (power) with a teaspoon spoon. How many teaspoons will create how many ounces?
This depends on the weight of the powder that you are measuring: dry ounces are a weight measure, so the number of teaspoons in your box of 8 dry ounces will differ depending on the weight of the specific powder. For example, if it is a very light, fluffy powder, there are a lot more teaspoons in the box than if it is a very dense, heavy powder. This is unlike fluid ounces which are a volume measure and can be measured in teaspoons, for which 1 Tablespoon is 1/2 fluid ounce, therefore, 1 teaspoon is 1/6 fluid ounce (given that there are 3 teaspoons in 1 Tablespoon).
