ArcGIS Map services in the images folder are only compatible with ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 or greater, however with ArcGIS 9.2 you can use a WMS connection to access these (orthophoto) map services in the images folder. The ArcGIS Map services in the maps folders are compatible with ArcGIS Desktop 9.2 or greater. ArcGIS Desktop includes ArcView, ArcEditor and ArcInfo software.
