I am using Acrobat Distiller to create PDF files of PhotoScores output, but large letters are drawn in the output instead of notes. What is going wrong?

You need to download an updated version of the PhotoScore font. Windows users should download the PhotoScore font from here, restart your computer and then copy it into the Fonts folder inside Control Panel. Mac users should download the PhotoScore font from here, use Stuffit Expander to open the .hqx file and copy the font file within to your Fonts folder.
