I am using a Sony Vaio computer and am unable to get NexDef to work properly, what should I do?
Anyone that has a Sony Computer and problems starting NexDef, should disable the “VAIO Power Management” program and then manually start NexDef by going to the Start Menu, choose the Startup folder, and select NexDef. You can disable VAIO Power Management by doing the following: 1. Open the Control Panel from the Start Menu. Note: Windows Vista users will need to enable Classic View if you haven’t already. 2. Enter the Administrative Tools. 3. Open the Services Manager. 4. Search for the “VAIO Power Management” service and click Stop to disable the service. 5. You can now close out of the Control Panel and start NexDef by going to the Start Menu, under Programs choose the Startup folder, within that folder click on NexDef.
