One of the problems that occurs when using a hosted service like ours is that all mail delivered to your mail server will come from a single IP address. Many mail servers see this as an attack and as a result will start blocking these connection attempts. To ensure that mail from our service is accepted by your FirstClass server we recommend that you do the following. Log in to your FirstClass account either as the ADMIN or w/Admin privileges. Go into… Admin Desktop/ Internet Services/ Filters folder There should be a file called: Allow-White List open it for editing and Type: +xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx +xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx Save and exit the file Note the plus sign (+) at the beginning of the IP address.
