Outlook uses semi-colons by default, but can be made to also allow the use of commas. • On the Tools menu, click Options. • Click E-Mail Options and then click Advanced E-Mail Options. • Under When sending a message, select the Allow comma as address separator check box. Note: A semicolon can still be used to separate e-mail addresses when you select the check box.
