I am used to posting my field sheet, floor plans, photos and sketches to my accreditation scheme, can this be done electronically using PS Energy?
Yes it can. The Site Notes button in PS Energy allows you to automatically produce a fully comprehensive set of site notes, so there is no need to post your field sheet. You can slip photographs, sketches and floor plans into these site notes using the Site Notes button. Please see our Site Notes Report video for a full visual explanation of how to do this. Site Notes Once you have created an EPC for a property you can produce a fully comprehensive set of Site Notes of the property. This may be on request from your accreditation scheme or simply for your own personal auditing. Open PS Energy and highlight the property record you want to create site notes for in the top windowpane of your database. Select the Site Notes button in the Action Bar panel. Select Site Notes Report. This will create Site Notes for the selected property. Click Continue. Your Site Notes will pop up in front of you, typically in a web browser.
