I am upgrading my operating environment. What are the CA-Gener/OL considerations?
CA-Gener/OL is written using command-level assembler base programs. CA-Gener/OL internally-built records are stored in VSAM. As such, CA-Gener/OL is independent of most environmental/operating system changes unless these changes are to VSAM and/or CICS command-level calls. If the changes that you are introducing to your system effect these two areas, please call CA-Gener/OL technical support before upgrading your environment.
