I am unable to view all of the video in the modules and Im having trouble getting the certificate page to load – what should I do?
The Q Care modules feature streaming video, which require the most up-to-date version of Adobe Flash Player and a broadband Internet connection. If you are having difficulty viewing any section of the Q Care online training please use the above link to download Adobe Flash Player. Viewing of the modules on older PC’s may be improved by making sure all other applications are closed.
