I am unable to open my DVD that came with device and a manual did not come with my unit (3900 models). How can I retrieve information from the DVD?
To retrieve information from the DVD, simply do the following: START –>RUN –> BROWSE –> on the top of dialog box, look for “LOOK IN” and select MY COMPUTER from the drop down menu. At this point you should be able to see the AMCORDVD in the DVD-ROM drive. DOUBLE CLICK on the DVD drive and then go to the bottom of the dialog box where it says FILES OF TYPE and select ALL FILES from the drop down menu.
