I am unable to log into my account using the security code in my confirmation of registration letter. What shoud I do?
For security reasons, you can only log into your account once using this letter. If you have never used the letter to gain access before, your account may already be activated. If there are other contacts set up to manage your account you should either liaise with them or your registrar to get yourself added as a new contact. If you are not aware that there are any other contacts on your account or you cannot get your registrar to set you up as a contact then you will need to re-establish your identity with us.
