I am unable to locate the desired person in the ERM system. What is the reason?
There could be many reasons for this situation. The person may not be NTPC employee (e.g. Supplier, Contractor, Service providing agency- Security, House Keeping, Maintenance & Operation; Joint Venture company, Subsidiary company) but works at EOC campus. The person may be NTPC employee but works at SCOPE, Ministry, but does not function from EOC campus. The person may be NTPC employee and functions from EOC campus, but has been transferred out or transferred in or otherwise under process by the HR services group. It is also possible that the particular detail concerning the desired employee has not been represented in the conventional way. In that case you can attempt to locate the employee using other details.
