I am unable to get the radio control module to tune the radio when I go into the Whats Playing Now function. Whats going on?

You most likely have a personal fireall installed. The radio control module listens for connections on TCP port 21687. You will need to open this port on your PC. Try using the RCS.EXE command-line application to test. Issue a query (RCS /Q). If you cannot get a simple query to work, then there is definately a communication problem over TCP port 21687.
