I am unable to download from my Polar S-Series HRM into CrossTrak (v2.8+) using the USB IR Interface. Whats wrong?

If you are using the USB IR Interface, you may need to run the polarusb.exe file located in the CrossTrak directory (C:\Program Files\H&M Riley Consulting, Ltd\CrossTrak). From the resulting USB directory, run the usbsetup.exe file. This program will install the required USB drivers for the Polar IR Interface.
